How this is built
Every number is recomputed before it ships
A worked example is only worth reading if its arithmetic is right. So the values in these lessons are not typed into the prose. Each one is declared in the lesson's own data file, computed from a shared formula library, and recalculated by a verification harness on every build. If a value drifts from what the formula produces, the build fails and the lesson does not ship.
The same applies to the figures: their labels are generated from the same computed values, so a diagram cannot disagree with the paragraph next to it.
