This is a simple program to display digital signals on the PC. It can be used as a digital probe to analyze low frequency data.
The probe is a 12f675 with a serial connection to the PC at 38k4. That obviously limits the maximum frequency that can be analyzed, so this is not a tool for serious applications. I built it because I wanted to modify a ultrasonic sensor and needed to see the signals in the circuit board.

The software on the PC side is more complex than that of the pic. Never the less I left as much out as possible to keep the speed high. Interesting is the horizontal speed adjust which allows you to still see high frequency signals and the hold functions which stops the program once the screen is full (as opposed to clearing it and starting over) for easier analyses.
